Finance Agent Local Gmail is a personal, locally operated application. It uses Google user data only to identify the authorized account and send the owner's daily financial report. It does not read the owner's mailbox.

Google user data accessed

The application requests the account's basic identity (OpenID and email address) to verify that the expected owner authorized it. It requests the Gmail gmail.send scope solely to send report messages from that account. It does not request permission to read, list, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

How Google user data is used

The email address is used to confirm the authorized account. Gmail authorization is used only when the locally scheduled application sends a generated financial report to the fixed address Peterzen4@gmail.com. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or trading.

Storage and protection

OAuth client credentials and access or refresh tokens are stored only in a private secrets directory on the owner's local Windows computer. They are excluded from source control and are not published on this website. The public website does not accept accounts, forms, uploads, analytics identifiers, or advertising cookies.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties. The application uses the Gmail API only to perform the owner-requested email delivery. Public financial information may be processed by the local Ollama model; Google user data and OAuth credentials are not included in model prompts.

Retention and deletion

The local OAuth token is retained only while the owner wants scheduled Gmail delivery. The owner can stop access by revoking the application's connection from the Google Account third-party access page and deleting the local token file. Delivery records retain only the Gmail message identifier needed to prevent duplicate sends; they do not retain OAuth tokens.

User control

The owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account security settings. After revocation, the application cannot send further Gmail messages unless the owner explicitly authorizes it again.
